Don't get me wrong, Lush does dreamy bath bombs, but I couldn't include them in this post because it all narrows down to your choice of fragrance. Here are some bits and bobs of skincare and shower products that I will never hesitate to repurchase.
Mask of Magnaminty: This is my favourite mask. It rests on my face with a minty, tingly feeling that tricks my mind of it doing wonders to my acne-prone skin (although it really does work!). I personally prefer a light to medium coat with an application of at least once a week mainly because it's good to exfoliate my skin once in awhile without overdoing it. Such a winner!
Rub Rub Rub: Sea salt and mimosa? Heck yes. This pretty body scrub has me going pot after pot. It's a fragrant exfoliator that enhances skin radiance through lime and sea salt. The thing I love about this is that it's both a scrub and a shower gel like whaaaat.
Dirty Perfume: Lush makes lovely scents for perfumes and it's difficult to choose the best one. It was down to dirty & karma, but dirty just smells much more addicting. I don't know what it is about it, but it ultimately smells clean and nostalgic to me. I recently finished the whole spray bottle in like two months (woops), so I purchased this small dropper instead for this post.
Happy Hippy Shower gel: Probably one of the best decisions I've made in my life was to try out their shower gels. My personal favourite fragrance is Happy Hippy which is essentially a grapefruit scent. Perfect for summer, easy to lather. I do like using it with a shower net to save the product though (I don't have a Lush in my area).
Ocean Salt scrub: Wait what, a heaven-sent, vodka-inspired sea salt scrub that I could lather on my cheeky face? Yes please, take my money! This scrub was my first ever purchase from Lush and I remember raving on to everyone about it back in 2014. It's a scrub that's quite harsh for a daily use for my skin type (dry face, but particularly a rather oily t-zone), but very much needed twice or thrice a week. For daily use, the lady at Lush kindly gave me a sample of Herbalism and it's a milder facial cleanser which I am definitely going to splurge on the next time.
