November Favourites!

7:30 PM

Hello everybody! After a one month long hiatus, I am back and I am so ready for the holidays and festive blogposts. But before that, here is a monthly favourites! I actually skipped October on purpose mainly because I didn't want to show you guys products that I haven't really been genuinely loving. Lucky for me, November treated me with goodies. It feels like it's been incredibly long since I've last composed a blogpost. Hopefully, this wouldn't be too rubbish.

Say hello to my sheets, Let's begin with beauty.

Solstice Highlight Palette, Sleek: This highlighting palette from Sleek has the best.packaging.ever. It's gold and neat and it comes with a cheeky little brush too! The palette has two baked highlights, a creamy-based highlight, and a silky shimmer. I love how it gives off a radiant glow on my cheeks and makes my skin look healthy despite the crappy weather.

Crush Matte Liquid Lipstick, Anastasia Beverly Hills: Not gonna lie you guys, I didn't like this lipstick when I first got it. I found it to be a little bit too drying for me because I naturally have dry lips (yuck). However, this month, I have been using it often and pairing the gorgeous nudey shade with shimmery rose gold eyes, so festive! I think it's great for a casual day look. To solve my problem of having dry lips, I like to apply vaseline before I apply the lipstick.

Smooth Finnish Liquid Foundation, Laura Mercier: As a student in high school, I cannot afford Laura Mercier products. Lucky for me, my mom barely touched hers and she has moved on to another product. The shade I have is in Macadamia and the coverage is amaaaazing! I've been using it everyday on my face and it feels air light.

Gloss Me Lip Gloss, Sleek: I forgot the shade that I own. Woops. But I have been straying off lipsticks and opting for lip glosses more. It's like I've gone a step back into 2012 when all I had were glosses. This lip gloss is not drying and is tinted with the tiniest bit of red & tangerine. I really like wearing it in school and it's wallet-friendly as well!

moving on to fragrance, I have been loving this reed diffuser that I have picked up from the mall. It's jasmine mint-scented and it makes the room smell ugh-mazing. It's not too strong as well! Another fragrance thing that I have been loving is the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Cherry Blossom perfume. This was actually given to me by my tutor from the past and it smells so feminine and light. I'm not the biggest fan of floral scents, but I think that this perfume suits me and I have been wearing it everyday and taking it with me everywhere I go.

Lastly, I have been wearing a lot of jewelry this month. Not those full-on glam ones, but these simple, hand-crafted, and minimalist ones from Salty Ripples. I've picked these up in their Pop District booth earlier in the year and I love how they add a bit of an accent to what I'm wearing. I am usually allergic to fake jewelry, but these do not itch and are stainless too!

And that is all for my November favourites! I hope this wasn't too bad and I'll see you soon byeeee x
