Little Ways to Change Your Life

9:14 PM

As the year is fresh, my goal for 2017 is for it to be a year of the hustle and self-love. I decided to set my resolution as something realistic because let's face it, I'll never get to hit the gym on a daily basis.  I feel as if change for the new year doesn't have to be drastic, so I have created a little list that I'm following throughout the year, and you can too! This post isn't intended for your canvas to be cleared out, but for you to hopefully join me in getting my ducks in a row.

  • Journaling is essential in keeping track of memories. It's something that often fades within the middle of the year, not this time! This year, I'm writing one thing I am grateful for each day.
  • Self-help & Autobiographies are great for motivation! They allow you to question your progress and push you to making yourself proud. #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso is great for aspiring bossbabes.
  • To-do lists are key for decluttering your mind. Checking off boxes will drive you to checking off even more!

  • Have a pamper night routine and repeat it at least once a week to reward yourself from a busy week.
  • If you're a potato stuck in bed like me, head outside to catch fresh air.
  • Get rid of negativity in your life whether it takes form in failed friendships or people who degrade you.
  • Try a new workout like yoga or something.

What are your New Year's resolutions?

  5. Agree with everything on here, but I've found journaling constantly super hard! I'm trying it again this year, but with no pressure to do it every single day! Loved reading this xx
